Local & Sustainable
We are passionate, and committed to ensuring that sustainability remains at the heart of everything we do. We source our Fish very carefully from sustainable stocks, and specify to our suppliers that MSC certification is of utmost importance when we select Cod for our outlets.
A vast majority of our packaging is made from recycled materials, and even our carrier bags are either paper, or made from fully biodegradable materials. We support local farming, and carefully select our potatoes from Cornish farms.
